Unlocking potential.
Embracing Neurodiversity.
Strengths-based coaching, skill-building workshops, and practical frameworks that empower neurodivergent individuals to build skills, confidence, and independence.
From Passion to Purpose
Born from Need, Built with Heart.
NeuroBloom Development was founded by Michela Vernon to help individuals flourish by unlocking strengths, building practical life skills, and creating supportive environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.
A Personal Mission
NeuroBloom was created from a deeply personal understanding that many individuals — especially those who are neurodivergent — often navigate life, education, and careers without the right support systems.
Michela saw firsthand how capable individuals could struggle not because of a lack of potential, but because the systems around them were not designed to support different ways of thinking, learning, and processing the world.
NeuroBloom Development was built to help bridge that gap — providing coaching, skill development, and partnership with families, schools, and organizations so individuals can move forward with clarity, confidence, and independence.
A Corporate Leader Turned Advocate
Before founding NeuroBloom Development, Michela spent 27 years in Financial Services, primarily in Human Resources, where she developed deep expertise in talent strategy and leadership development.
Her work spanned the entire talent lifecycle, including:
Hiring and talent acquisition
Leadership development
Employee growth and internal mobility
Succession planning
Organizational learning programs
Retention and engagement strategies
Through her SPHR and Prosci change management certifications, Michela became a trusted advisor to executives and HR leaders, helping organizations build stronger teams and more inclusive workplaces.
Today, she brings this same strategic insight to her work with individuals navigating life transitions and career development.
Coaching Expertise and Training
Michela is a Certified Autism Coach through the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (AANE), an organization known for its LifeMAP program supporting autistic adults.
She also holds an ACRE certification in employment services for individuals with disabilities, strengthening her ability to support individuals navigating employment and career transitions.
Michela recently completed the Foundation Core Curriculum through Coach Approach Training Institute (CATI) and is currently pursuing
Neurodiversity Coach Certification (CATI)
Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation
Her training includes:
strengths-based coaching
brain-based coaching
ADHD coaching approaches
coaching ethics and professional standards
Driven by Experience and Empathy
Inspired by her personal journey with Autism and ADHD, Michela brings both professional expertise and lived insight to every interaction.
She believes growth happens when individuals are supported in ways that honor how they think, learn, and experience the world.
Rather than focusing on limitations, NeuroBloom emphasizes strengths, skill development, and practical strategies to help individuals build confidence, independence, and meaningful progress in their lives.
A Structured Approach to Growth
To better organize the work NeuroBloom does with individuals and organizations, Michela developed the PATH™ Framework — a model that connects personal discovery, skill development, life transitions, and long-term success.
The PATH™ Framework provides a clear structure for NeuroBloom's coaching, workshops, and career development programs while recognizing that growth is rarely linear.
Individuals can enter the pathway at different stages depending on their goals and needs.
“There is no one right way to be human. Neurodiversity celebrates the richness of how we think, feel, and experience life. ”
