Michela Vernon established NeuroBloom Development, LLC, with a mission to help individuals and organizations flourish. Her work is rooted in a desire to bridge the gap in services for individuals with neurodiversity.
Expertise and Certifications
Michela is a Certified Autism Coach through the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (AANE), which has supported over 3,000 individuals on the autism spectrum through its LifeMAP program. She also holds an ACRE certification in employment services for individuals with disabilities and is pursuing her certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her recent intensive training covered foundational coaching skills, ethics, strengths-based, and brain-based coaching approaches.

With 27 years of experience in Financial Services—primarily in Human Resources—Michela has honed deep expertise in talent management. Her capabilities span the talent lifecycle, including hiring, employee development, internal mobility, succession planning, and retention strategy.
Michela’s SPHR and Prosci change management certifications, combined with her strategic acumen, enable her to align talent initiatives with business goals. She champions inclusion and has led initiatives to support diverse talent. Her work in leadership development and impactful learning programs has made her a trusted advisor to executives and HR leaders alike.
