Personalized Coaching
What to expect…
Our coaching sessions are 55 minutes and offered virtually or in person (in Mooresville, NC, and surrounding areas; travel fees may apply). This flexibility enables clients seeking executive function coaching, ADHD coaching, or autism coaching to select the setting that best suits their needs.
Your journey begins with a free Discovery Call, where we discuss your goals and expectations. If we’re a good fit, the next step is a 1.5-hour intake session — a deeper conversation designed to understand your experiences, challenges, and priorities. This process sets the foundation for a personalized coaching plan tailored to your needs.
To build momentum and achieve lasting change, we recommend weekly coaching sessions. Meeting consistently creates structure, accountability, and progress toward meaningful growth in school, work, and daily life.

Coaching Session Framework
Your coaching journey is personalized to your needs. While each session is tailored to your unique goals, we follow a supportive framework to ensure consistency. Between sessions, you’ll have time to reflect and apply new strategies, making your progress meaningful and lasting.
Connection - Beginning the session - noticing how the client is showing up today and setting the tone.
Reflection - Reviewing recent progress, wins, or challenges to carry forward insights.
Focus Setting - Defining what matters most for this session - clarifying intentions and priorities.
Growth Work - Engaging in strategies, tools, or practices that build skills and confidence.
Future Mapping - Translating the session’s insights into practical next steps and real-world application.
Commitment - Agreeing on supports, structures, or accountability that will sustain progress until the next session.
Our skill workshops provide an opportunity to enhance knowledge and personal insight into a specific life skill. While the structure of our workshops may vary slightly, most include a one- to two-hour group virtual session followed by one-on-one skill labs.

Our skill-building workshops offer a supportive and inclusive space for hands-on learning and personal growth. Each session focuses on a key life or career skill — from interview preparation to executive functioning strategies.
Workshops begin with a dynamic virtual group session, followed by a personalized one-on-one coaching session to practice and apply what you’ve learned. For example, our Interview Basics Workshop combines group training with a 55-minute mock interview, complete with feedback and an optional recording for review.
Participants can also schedule additional booster sessions to keep building momentum and confidence.
