Program Overview

The NeuroBloom Skill Series is a 5-week live virtual cohort experience designed to help emerging adults build the practical skills, clarity, and confidence needed to navigate school, work, and independent life.

Each pathway combines weekly facilitated workshops with guided reflection and applied learning between sessions. The experience concludes with an interactive practice lab and a personalized 1:1 coaching capstone session, helping participants translate their learning into real-world action.

Workshops are facilitated by a certified coach with expertise in career development and executive functioning, ensuring participants gain both meaningful insight and practical strategies.

Participants develop the ability to:

  • Clarify personal strengths, interests, and direction

  • Build practical career readiness and professional preparation skills

  • Strengthen executive functioning strategies that support organization, focus, and follow-through

  • Develop confidence navigating transitions, networking conversations, interviews, and workplace expectations

Pathways are aligned with the PATH™ Framework and include both Career Pathways and Executive Function Pathways, allowing participants to build the skills that best match their current stage and goals.

Clarifying Direction Through Structured Self-Discovery

The EXPLORE pathway helps participants better understand how their strengths, interests, and values align with potential career paths. Through guided exercises, structured reflection, and facilitated discussion, participants develop greater self-awareness and begin translating insight into practical next steps.

This pathway is ideal for high school seniors and early college students seeking direction.

Pathway Content:

  • Participants begin by identifying the activities, environments, and types of work that naturally energize them. Instead of focusing only on traditional “strengths,” this session explores where individuals consistently perform well, remain engaged, and feel motivated.

    Participants will:

    • Reflect on past experiences where they felt effective and engaged
    • Identify patterns in strengths and preferred ways of working
    • Begin articulating personal strengths in language relevant to work and careers

  • Career satisfaction is shaped by more than skills alone. This session helps participants explore personal interests, values, and priorities that influence long-term fulfillment and motivation.

  • Once strengths and interests are clearer, participants begin exploring potential career paths that align with their emerging profile. This session introduces practical research strategies and tools for evaluating different roles and industries.

  • The final session focuses on translating insight into forward movement. Participants synthesize what they have learned throughout the pathway and begin developing a practical exploration plan.

    • Develop initial action steps such as informational interviews, research, or skill development
    • Leave with a personalized roadmap for continued career exploration

Career Pathway PREPARE

Building the Foundation for a Successful Job Search

The PREPARE pathway helps participants develop the core professional tools and strategies needed to begin an effective job search. Through structured instruction and guided exercises, participants learn how to communicate their strengths, present themselves professionally, and organize a focused job search process.

This pathway is ideal for college students preparing to transition into the workforce.
