What to expect…

Our coaching sessions are 55 minutes and offered virtually or in person (in Mooresville, NC, and surrounding areas; travel fees may apply). This flexibility enables clients seeking executive function coaching, ADHD coaching, or autism coaching to select the setting that best suits their needs.

Your journey begins with a free Discovery Call, where we discuss your goals and expectations. If we’re a good fit, the next step is a 1.5-hour intake session — a deeper conversation designed to understand your experiences, challenges, and priorities. This process sets the foundation for a personalized coaching plan tailored to your needs.

To build momentum and achieve lasting change, we recommend weekly coaching sessions. Meeting consistently creates structure, accountability, and progress toward meaningful growth in school, work, and daily life.

  • Reflection - Reviewing recent progress, wins, or challenges to carry forward insights.

  • Focus Setting - Defining what matters most for this session - clarifying intentions and priorities.

  • Growth Work - Engaging in strategies, tools, or practices that build skills and confidence.

  • Future Mapping - Translating the session’s insights into practical next steps and real-world application.

  • Commitment - Agreeing on supports, structures, or accountability that will sustain progress until the next session.
